John Van Hammersveld is the creator of the famous, iconic day-glo poster "Endless Summer," which was used to promote the classic 1966 surfing documentary of the same name.

Some of John's most notable work has involved working with many recording artists and the recording industry. He worked his magic on hundreds of album cover designs including - The Beatles "Magical Mystery Tour," Blondie "Eat To The Beat," The Rolling Stones “Exile On Main Street,” to name but a few.

Van Hammersveld's catalog includes powerful graphic imagery of an absolutely electric Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, John Lennon and current recording artist, Donavon Frakenreiter (yes, the professional surfer!) Day-glo versions of classical composers Beethoven and Mozart round out his astonishing work.
